Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All items are handmade and made-to-order. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Custom or personalized orders may take a bit longer — we’ll message you with an updated estimate if needed.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • We currently ship within the U.S. and to select international locations.

  • U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail, depending on size and weight.

  • International orders are shipped via USPS International or other trusted carriers.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.

  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders. These will apply automatically at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • U.S. Orders: 2–7 business days after shipping

  • International Orders: 10–21 business days (customs may cause delays)
    Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Unexpected carrier or weather delays may occur.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
All items are declared accurately on customs forms in accordance with shipping regulations.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
Use the tracking link to follow your package’s progress.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

  • If your order is marked “delivered” but missing, please check with your local post office first.

  • For damaged or lost items, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos or details, and we’ll work to find a solution.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can correct it only if the order has not yet shipped.

Returns & Refunds (Shipping-Related)
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is on our end (for example, if we sent the wrong item).
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
