Handmade Nature of Our Products
Each piece at Beach n Blossom Resin is handmade with care, making every item unique. Small variations in color, texture, or design are part of the charm of handcrafted resin art and are not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order! If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our work, we cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Items on sale or clearance

• Used or damaged items (not due to our error)

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away — we’ll do our best to make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
If a return is accepted, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase.
After that time, your order may already be in progress and cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please send photos and a brief description within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll work with you to replace the item, file a postal claim, or offer an appropriate resolution.
